British Superbikes 2017
It was a good weekend for 203 Squadron as we set up camp at Donnington Park for the first of the British Superbikes Championships which ran across the 1st and 2nd of April 2017.
We were supported at the event by 142 Vehicle Squadron RLC, and 170 (Infra Sp) Engr Gp so with the amazing weather, both the superbikes and the squadrons had plenty of interest from spectators who were interested in hearing about the Army Reserve, our jobs and roles, as well as testing their aiming skills on our laser rifle range.
At these kind of events we get the opportunity to meet plenty of amazing people and companies. One such team are 'True Heroes Racing' which we had the pleasure of meeting over the weekend. This company was set up by a serving member of the Royal Navy and it offers injured service personnel a sense of belonging, achievement, focus and a form of rehabilitation.
Check out their website and Facebook page for more information on how they formed and future events that they're going to be at
